About Me
I am a tea lover plain and simple. I have become bored with my grocery store teas and started looking for other sources. As I researched, I realized that tea in the U.S. is a relatively untapped source of business. I began thinking of opening a tea garden! What a wonderful way to share my passion, right? Well it’s not just that easy, there is a lot of work and research that goes into writing a business plan. It’s OK though, because I have a passion for this.
As I have been doing my research and learning a great deal about tea, I realize I have a great deal more to learn! I will be attending and taking classes at the World Tea Expo in Las Vegas in June. Until then what do I do with all my research?
I shouldn’t let all this research go to waste! While I had set up a tea tasting board to advise me on the teas I should use in my shop, I thought why not use this valuable info and blog about it! So while I am not an expert, I offer you all my experiences along with the experiences of my tea board about the teas we are sampling.
Kathy, I’m not sure if I sent you my street address:
